Michele and Niles Busler were licensed as real estate salespersons before becoming Brokers of Squanicook Associates and helping buyers and sellers since 1986. Our office was affiliated with a national franchise until 2007. We have been a much larger office with many more agents, but have decided to pare down to the most experienced agents who are best able to help our clients. Our office does NOT OPERATE UNDER DESIGNATED AGENCY. Our clients get to enjoy not having to worry who is working on their behalf in a transaction. Our entire office operates in  a "team" concept. Our philosophy as Realtors has always been to take care of our environment and special care of our clients who inhabit it in "the spirit of the Golden Rule"
